I am very sorry for the late response. Your message was in SPAM, not sure why. You can only change the DOY online, you cant change complete DOB. So please visit your local vaccinator and provide the required proof of correct DOB and tell them to update it

Thanks for the video. In my father in laws certificate, he had aadhar name. It has slightly different spelling from passport name. So during second dose, he asked to change it to passport name. They fixed the name, but included only first name...no last name or initials. Now cowin is showing that he already made one change on that field and no more changes are allowed. How can we get his surname included? It is very important for him to travel overseas. Can you please guide? Thank you.
Since it is not possible online, best way is to contact your vaccinator again and tell them to correct the same and take a certificate print out

I am aware that, at least some people were able to do multiple things (which were not possible online) through either the Health Department or through the Vaccinator. But I am not sure about this particular case but this is the only way for you, as of now

My vaccination certificate is linked with aadhaar card where name is Vijay Laxmi where as in passport sir name Laxmi is written first and then name Vijay.

Is surname compulsory for international travel certificate.
My name in adhar and passport is different. So the international certificate doest have have my surname , but it is there is passport.
The international travel certificate cannot be edited again right?
You can 'Raise request' online for correction. When it is approved, it will also reflect in the International certificate

hello sir I don't have my fathers name in my vaccine certificate but there is in our passport so is it necessary for us to change our certificate name first through certificate correction before taking international travel certificate or just 1st name and surname would do?
If you are planning to travel outside, it is better to update your name as in passport to avoid later issues. So it is better to correct name first and then add passport. If you are not planning a travel, then no issues.

Date of birth will be shown on your International travel certificate which is explained in this video. That will be picked from the ID card you submitted in COWIN. If that is shown as wrong, either contact your vaccinator or COWIN help desk

As far as I know, you can change the details online only once. If you want to change again, Please contact your vaccinator with original documents

It is possible that there is some bug in the portal. Please call COWIN customer care, or send a mail to them. Let us hope they will fix this issue in 1-2 working days

Not sure why. Usually it happens when you have changed the passport number (COWIN ID) online once. Otherwise it happens if you(or someone) had already registered in COWIN with the same passport ID
