I ordered mine in early November, 2022, and received it in great condition less than a week later. I had never used a crossbow before, but followed the instructions that came with it, along with CZcams videos. When I sited it in on my friend's property, it only needed a few clicks on the scope and I can't believe how accurate it is. I started siting at 10 yards, then 20, then 30, and at 40 yards I couldn't miss a two inch target. The price (649.99) is unbelievable for what you receive. Thanks Mike's Archery. Kent P. I have the Mag 340 in Kryptec Raid Camo with all the silencing gear that you can get for the crossbow’s. I love Excalibur’s and I can’t wait to get my Micro Assassin 400TD in a few days. 😂
I have 7 Excalibur's now lol. But this was my third Excalibur. I bought this package from you, a few years ago with Tact-100 & the C2 crank for $699. It was an Excellent deal, considering it came with the $250 Tact-100 scope, & back than the C2 Crank cost $179. Shit the Micro Mag 340 with Dead Zone scope, & basic rope cocker, cost $700-$750 now. I see you still offer a really good price, on the Micro 340 Overwatch with Tact-100 for only $649. I love my Micro Mag Overwatch & im considering getting a Micro 380 from you guys in a few months. If you carry that model.

Excalibur Matrix Mega 405. The Mega cracked his limbs after 50 shots
only but Excalibur guys replace and sent me the new ones for free. I'm
not a hunter and use them just for target shooting but I love Excalibur
crossbows!
I have the MAG 340 in Kryptec Raid Camo and although it’s the same crossbow I prefer to have the Kryptec camo because it’s great looking. I also used my silent charger ext from my Bulldog 440 which makes it much easier to cock back. The Kryptec version comes with all the silencing gear you can imagine. I do like this model too.
It is a nice looking pattern! And the MAG 340 is a very nice shooting crossbow! I assume the Kryptec model came with the dead zone scope?
Yes it does come with the dead zone scope, it's the only thing I'm going to change on mine. I really like the illuminated scopes. I have one on my PSE Thrive 365 and I love it!
what would be the speed for the micro 340 with the standard quills arrows but 175 grains tips?
I'm kinda off small man at 5ft. 3in. at 150 lbs. With disabilities. I like the small size and the crank option.
Have you ever had any with a twisted limb? I just received a brand new one with a terrible set of twisted limbs I mean very severe I was highly disappointed especially how much I just paid. I’ve owned multiple excals and this is the first with any issues.

Steven Bowser Excalibar recommends 150 grain head and they make several options of expandable as well as fixed blade 150 grain heads if you want to stay on that 100 grain weight look at the interlock EXP or the new interlock devastation they actually make all of Excalibur‘s heads.

What size bolts does it take?
Micro platforms use a 16.5 bolt/arrow.
If I had to move my brace height to 2 1/2” to get 1/4” from my reds do you think that will be okay? Mag 340

Buy good arrows with quality broadheads and any of the Micros will do their job as long as you do yours!!

What are the differences in the 340 MAG and the 340 AXE ?
It's the same xbow someone already had there product named the axe and they had to change the name. I was able to get the axe 340 on sale for $500

Yes you can, just will stick out in front of the bow and be a heavier arrow that will shoot a little slower.
I don't mind sacrificing a little speed to gain foot pounds of energy speed doesn't kill the animal the energy does

I like crossbows that shoot 20inch bolts. You get a better kill. 16 inch quills are to small I watched a guy put 3 in a hog to kill it. I was 1 shoot at my crossbow that shoots over 400fps. And I had a deed hog 1 shoot. 265 pounds. 425 grain victory bolts 100 grain Rage Xtreme broadhead. I shoot 20 inch bolts
It doesn’t matter how long the bolts are. It’s all in the speed of the bolt because the 18” for the Matrix and 16.5” for the Micro’s both weigh 350grains with a 100gn broadhead. You can use the 18” on the micro and it makes no difference. It’s all have KE, speed of bow and shot placement.
If you use 150 grain rage hypodermic trypans or any other 150 grain broadheads for that matter you won't have any issues .
A 30.06 bullet is less than 1 inch long…. js
Gee….I killed 4 Deer in 2020 ALL with 16.5 Black Eagles with 110g brass up front and Lumenoks in the rear. 100g Swhackers broad heads.
I guess if I’d use 20 inchers I’d have killed 10!!!🤣😂🤣😂
