He kept us all moving during lockdown, but now Joe Wicks is shining a light on the importance of looking after our mental health. In an emotional new documentary, Joe will be looking back at his experience of growing up with parents who struggled with OCD and addiction, as well as exploring the impact his experiences have had on his life. Ahead of the new one-off show, Joe will be joining us to discuss his inspiration to open up about his early life, and how we can better support families going through similar struggles.
