I love Bob Marley. I don't understand this though. Not in this interview. But when people seem to focus on Bob Marley being half-white and "not fully black", what do people want me to think or feel about that. Ok he's half white, half black. He went through oppression and he was rejected from all sides and was able to see the system downpression and the aim of the people in power to divide and rule and now the same boy who was rejected by all angles is now accepted by all angles. #BOB #ONELOVE I feel they undervalue him though when they make this distance from Bob with respect to black culture in the media by focusing on him being half white. I also think they undervalue him on the the media when they consider him , "when Black", dirty Rasta, weed, high, congo oh my word! What do you know about Bob Marley really? He did more for the world than some rich people who are in Government...jus sayin. And they (some of them) smoke cigarette ( containing man-made substances: nicotine, arsenic, sewer gas, methane, tar, carcinogens etc) which kill people with cancers and lung problems every year. Marijuana, although I have never smoked it...was on the earth as a plant. God made it before they were born. So don't judge a man if you wouldn't pick up a book and read two pages about him. Bob was a hero even though he probably wouldn't want to be called that. He was himself. He stood for justice for all races in particular black people who were THE MOST oppressed at that time, which HAS been deliberate.
