The thing is, I think the glitch would win because of how it is presented in the April fool's. Characters don't even know that it's there. They can't see it like pibby can. But maybe I'm wrong cause in the trailer, you touch it, and its over. It's like something that exists on another plane or sum stuff like that but good animation!

That's most likely because those characters were already effected by the glitch beforehand. And the Corruption isn't no slouch either, in canon, The Corruption was able to Corrupt everything on the planet in the time span of what is seemingly only a few days (maybe like.. 3-4 days?) and those who are Corrupted are put in a sort of paralyse where they cannot move until awoken and that can only be done via physically waking them up while inside their mind

Fun fact: the reason the corruption won is because its the creators version, so its much stronger simply because he wants to, (for example he made corrupted bf win against tricky who is a reality warper and he even removed the glitch from shaggy who is using his power without control, (if you've seen the previous animations he made then you would know what im talking about)
