I live in Bulawayo and we get water once a week. The city council charges us although they never read the metre, they just estimate.
Being very sick in Zimbabwe is a death sentence unless you're rich. It's really sad. I remember telling South Africans when I visited there in 2017 that they are slowly becoming another Zimbabwe and needed to change their government. They arrogantly said "we will never become like Zimbabwe". Look at them now. They have worse loadshedding than us, they have water rationing, bowsers are delivered to the suburbs because there's no water, their roads are full of potholes and go unrepaired, there was raw sewage on the streets in a town I went to.
African governments have failed their people.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important to shed light on the struggles faced by ordinary people in Zimbabwe and other African countries. May God heal our land.

@@judyatoro9387 I will place my focus where I feel like placing my focus. You will not tell me what to do with myself. You're here on a Zimbabwean woman's channel telling people where to place their focus? Go and teach grade one students if that's what you want to do. This is an adult space.
