    Try mixing in more cover crops. It helps the cows, the soil biology, and a thicker more diverse mat (usually made with winter rye, the grass, sudangrass, wheat, ect. Clovers or other legumes are crucial too and cows love them.

    Daikon makes an excellent addition to kim chi or a seperate kim chi on its own.

    Hi. Zack. Today Daikon radish sells for $6.99 a pound in the supermarket.

      larryswindcatcher these radishes aren’t worthy of being in a supermarket. They taste just as good but they’re not straight and they have green on the top. It sucks but you can certainly eat them or sell them to people that don’t care.
