Mon Jam is definitely worth visiting. We also went camping in Chiang Dao but the view wasn’t as impressive - the bbq was delicious at both places tho 🤣 I probably should have mentioned this on your last comment but my husband’s name is Note. We both kind of have unusual names 😉

มีเต้นท์ที่เป็นโดมติดแอร์ด้วยนะครับ หน้าร้อน กลางวัน ไม่กลัวแดดเลย ถ้าไม่มีแอร์ เจอแดดหน้าร้อน เข้าไปข้างในไม่ได้เลย
ตอนเราไปช่วงหน้าฝนทั้งหมอกทั้งฝน หนาวมากเลยครับ แต่หน้าร้อนคงต้องเป็นห้องแอร์แน่นอนครับ

Haha glamping gives you the best of camping for sure! The hot shower there was even better than what we have at home. Water pressure was 👌🏼

Hi! I am thinking about booking a stay at this place when I visit Thailand in August. Do you think staying in a tent here would be okay during the rainy season? Did you have any experience with it being too noisy, wet, or impractical when it rained? Thanks!

How much does it cost? Your whole stay including food and all? Could you give us break down per head?
Hi Leo! Yes, of course 😁
The tent was 1390 Baht ($46USD) per night which includes breakfast for two (coffee, juice, toast, boiled eggs and rice porridge)
The dinner set was 450 Baht ($15USD) and it was a good portion for two people.
So, 920 Baht ($30USD) total per person.

When will you guys go back to Chiang Mai?
Not sure yet .. there’s still a lot of Thailand we haven’t seen so Chiang Mai isn’t too high on our list since we lived there for a few years already.
It looks a bit crowded up there, more like a trailer park and today the forest department went up there 400 men strong, to demolish some 36 resorts, if a few thousand local protesters let them.
.....So don't book in advance ,because your resort might not be there anymore, when you arrive.
