    Can you please do a tutorial on how to make a kitchen Island from 2x4 tile for a beginner. (maybe with a plywood frame)?

      Hello dear! This tile is 60/120 cm (2x4). I don’t use plywood base, I only work by this way.

    You get the edges pretty good but how invisible can you get the seams on the counter top surface? Is it possible to make it look seamless/like one piece?

    • @Porcelanataria_45_graus
      @Porcelanataria_45_graus  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Hello dear! Thank you for the watching! Yes it is possible. Actually in this case the glue got a little clearer the the tile. But if add a little more gray color pigment it would be better!

      Hello. I don’t like to use tile frame too, in edges I use poliester glue for marbles and stones (like Tenax, General etc

      Здравствуйте. Да конечно, можно найти. Поищите: полиэфирный клей для камня. Есть клей Granit (со слоником) и Tenax.

    what thickness is the porcelain? I have a 6mm tile that we bought for vanity in bathroom. it wasnt until after we were told it couldnt be waterfall but had to have a metal schluter. Thanks in advance!!

    • @Porcelanataria_45_graus
      @Porcelanataria_45_graus  Před 8 měsíci

      Normally I use from 8-10 mm. In this case I used 10 mm tile. But I already made with 6 mm as well. You only need to glue the tile 6mm with another one. In result you will have 12 mm ou more. You can use both ceramic tile adhesive ou the glue for stones

    As a non professional even I can see he did that wrong. The tile should not support the sink. A wooden frame should be built underneath the porcelain for support. To take the brunt of knocks. The tile isn’t strong enough. It’ll crack in due course. Particularly if a waste disposal unit is fitted. While this looks pretty it isn’t a good sound job imo.
