Key is actually a champion water skier. That is his sport. He was on the water skiing team in middle school and is very good at it. Check out ep. 449 of "I live alone," where Key, Minho and their friend Son Dong-woon from the Kpop group Highlight go water skiing on the Han river. Watch the full episode some time, its really fun and you get to see Key and Minho's fun and crazy personalities together.

He is considered the top idol athlete in the industry and EVERYONE wants him on their team when they do sports variety shows.

Also, one thing to note is, that soccer match was on Super Junior's game show, so everything is extra crazy. Super Junior are known for being really wild when they get together as a group, and then you add other SM artists in the mix, and they all feed off of each other. Therefore, although they are dizzy, I think they intentionally act extra dizzy just to be funny. When Leeteuk was falling down while trying to kick the soccer ball, I'm pretty sure he was intentionally making it look harder than it was just to be funny. And Onew is known for being naturally uncoordinated and clumsy, which fans refer to as "Onew condition," so when he gets in situations where he can play up that clumsiness, he does. Onew is actually pretty good at physical comedy. Both SJ and SHINee are known for having very good comedic timing and they know how to be entertaining and funny. It's all thanks to their extensive variety show training. Unlike most of SM's other groups, SHINee and Super Junior have spent most of their careers participating in variety shows, either as regular guests or cast members on the shows.
Those clips of SHINee doing the track and field events were at an event called Idol Star Athletics Championship, i.e. Idol Olympics, and so there are idols from all different companies and generations competing against each other at the event. However, when they go up against Minho they almost never stand a chance of winning. LOL Most Idols compete in one or two sports, but, as they mentioned, Minho would compete in every sport and it was pretty much expected that he would win everything because he can't stand to lose. This is where you see his passion come out in full force.
