Seeing how Wren was fussy as an infant, destructive and aggressive as a toddler, maybe the two siblings could be landlords and Wren could be the evil landlord or just another tenant at Laird's apartment (cause their parents also kicked him out cause he was a menace lol) who blackmails the other tenants for some extra cash while Laird just try to deal with the whole mess😂😂

Genuinely, my greatest concern for For Rent is the chaos of Sims constantly ruining their relationships by autonomously breaking and entering, or being impossible to track as they wander who-knows-where / randomly get locked in neighbors homes.

I’m just realizing, Lady’s generation is the first generation to go at it alone. (Correct me if I’m mistaken, it’s been a long ride with these generations.) Which makes sense for her since the others in her generation are her cousins, not her siblings.
But it seems like James is planning to only turn one of these siblings into the apartment mogul instead of both kids.
I think it would be interesting if with these siblings James turns one kid into a great landlord and the other into a slum-lord (if it’s possible with the new pack) and see which one builds a bigger empire in the end. Wren seems like the perfect candidate to play the slum-lord role 😂

I always use move objects to put tvs on the little shelf on that fireplace. Except then they can’t watch the new year’s countdown, they can watch anything else, but not the countdown, because sims.
