Did you even watch it live? Reggie was arguing back against Kenny. He said that out of sarcasm. How are you labeling Reggie in the same crowd as Kenny. Come on now. Stop reading random articles and watch it live.

I just got this video on my recommendations and decided to watch. So, to save people with the eigtheen minutes and fifty-seconds of their precious time: This is just a video shilling the WNBA to NBA fans via the NBA All-star Weekend.
    - No need to tweak the original events like skill challenge, 3-point contest, dunk contest, and All-star/Rookie match. Just target new audience with the NBA and WNBA collaboration. And how comendable Sabrina is to shoot in the NBA line. (I dunno if she shoot the same ball Curry shoots, but if not, that just leave more arguement to those people who doubts.)
Yeah, the entirety of video is just arguements of involving the WNBA to make the All-Star more "exciting". There is no analysis on the All-Star Weekend events in itself.
Why stars like Ja Morant, Lebron James, or Zion Willaimson refused to participate in the dunk contest? Why the stars refused to play hard in the All-Star Match? Have the players see no incentive in partcipating in All-star events in earnest? Are the stars refused to play hard because of injuries that might trouble them in the playoffs?
No analysis of differences with the All-Star weekends in the 90s to early 00s up to the present. Not even a comment on the THEORY that in the past, most players play so hard to get into the All-Star Weekend and play even harder in the events in order to promote themselves. Or a THEORY on the mental aspect that players play hard in the All-Star Match due to the pride they hold and that the competition between the two conferences are that intense. Perhaps, the players gain more money compared in the past that the All-Star Weekend itself has become insignificant to them.
And if the NBA went with your proposal, the only thing that is watchable in the All-Star weekend is just a 3-point contest which is not even sustainable since people will get bored from it sooner or later. If 3-pointers are that entertaining, this recent All-Star match should have entertained the people with all of that 3 pointers flying, but nope.
This is why dunks are the most underrated aspect of basketball. Many people doesn't see and take the excitement dunks bring to the game for granted. So, are we to get WNBA players in the dunk contest as well? Vince Carter in his prime, in just a single game, have more exciting highlights more than a year of WNBA dunk highlights.
Finally, I hate CZcams for recommending a video with a clickbait title like this. No arguements about the NBA All-Star Weekend itself was presented and countered to be proven wrong. Just shilling the WNBA to NBA fans since there are only few people who genuinely likes the WNBA. And it might be helpful to see what Luka Doncic said when he watches the Euroleague than the NBA.
Being friends with everyone and competing against everyone. In MJ's era, he is not friends with everyone. Kobe didn't even talked to a teammate and won a chip with said teammate. This might be a repeated arguement, but Lebron's era with everybody being friends with each other has made the players soft and dampened the competition. Heck, Dillon Brooks alone sparked the intensity with his antics in the last year playoffs. Why did I mentioned the compeition? Because the intense competition is one of the things people want to see. The fans didn't paid for tickets and wasted their time for a flowerbed garden with players holding hands forming a circle gigling like the good friends they are. Sometimes, you need that disrespect and hostility to make the competition intense.
