When you plan to travel in europe, you have many options like flights, train, bus or car travel to visit one place to another. I am making this series, in this video, i will tell you everything about trains travel in europe.
You can plan your europe travel from india and to travel between different cities, you can use train which are very popular to explore europe with tourists. You have options to buy either eurail pass or individual tickets for your specific destinations. Both has it's advantages and disadvantages, so you can learn in this video, which is best suited to you.

Hi Desi! I know that Euro rail passes are extremely popular , but they are definitely not cheap, especially if you are on a budget .I will reveal tips and tricks to you. From my experience, traveling by train is significantly cheaper if you don't take Rail passes. If you take a Rail pass for it, it will cost you a lot of money, several hundred euros for each Rail pass, and you must also buy and pay extra for each reservation for every train marked IC, EC, NC, NJ and similar. The only advantage of the rail pass is mobility. Since I plan my trips several months in advance, I prefer to give up that mobility and save money, I take individual fixed train tickets for seat second class with reservation for each train, which are much cheaper. Of course you have to buy them several months (4 or 3 for my exprience, 4 is better) in advance, because as the date approaches, the occupancy of the train increases and the price of the ticket increases. Another little trick is to plan travel on weekdays from Monday to Thursday, because tickets for train those days are often much cheaper than on Friday and weekends. When added up, you will save a minimum of 100 euros probably even more. This is significant if you are on a budget.
Hello, what's mean by IC, EC, NC and NJ. Will this pass applicable for all trains? Even for swiss local tour trains?
@@panktislifestyle2354 Hello ,IC, NJ, EN, its mark of train IC -intercity , EC- eurocity , NJ -night jet, EN - euronight. The pass it is applicable for all trains but for most of the trains marked like this, it is necessary to pay an additional reservation fee.

Hi DC , I am looking for your advice. We will be traveling from Amsterdam to Switzerland and from Switzerland to Italy. So technically we will be using rail route only twice in our trip. Is it advisable to take a Eurorail pass or to just book one way journey ticket to the destination via GOEURO

Your videos are very informative. You explain things with details which is commendable. A question - If someone books his tickets online or directly from station counter will he get his seat numbers printed on his tickets or one can just get into the train and seat anywhere ?

They are selling off peak day ticket from 16.5 euro pp...14.5 pp for 3 or more persons for travel throughout Netherlands.
