Does it shift? Advent XTR Eagle 1x10 ft. Surly Krampus

I had some fun putting this together. This 1x10 drivetrain on my Surly Krampus consists of a 1x12 Shimano XT crank, SRAM XX1 Rainbow chain, Microshift Advent X shifter and rear derailleur, and a custom assembled XTR 11 speed cassette (reduced to 10 cogs).
None of this is supposed to work together and yet here we are. I really like 9 and 10 speed cassettes as they are lighter, easier to tune (even after being damaged) and the bigger jumps have a few benefits as well.
I would never recommend this to someone but when you put your own stuff together you can take some risks and have some fun.
For the record, I got the crank from another bike I already owned, the XTR cassette was essentially a trash find (despite it having almost no wear) and I did have to purchase the shifter, RD, and chain.
