He is adorable. I have a havanese and they are wonderful, but high energy. Brace yourself for crazy puppy energy. They are also super clingy and will lay right into you and love on you constantly. Also they get into and eat everything, so don’t leave anything out. They are super friendly and love everyone. Good luck!

Congratulations on getting a new puppy.
We have the same puppies, one of each, a JRT and a Havanese. The JRT, Zeena, is, as expected, hyper super friendly and smart, while Miles, the Havanese, is just chill and always off on his own. They have learned to be good chums to each other although Zeena is the one mostly initiating interaction. Enjoy your new baby.

At the beginning of the shut down due to the pandemic, my mom let me get a puppy and now she's already 4 months old and I'm absolutely in love, always wanted a puppy of my own

I was in the exact same position with my family , my dad used to have a dog but he didn't want us to get one, now we are looking for one tho and he is fully on board at last :) Just never stop believing♥️
We have a Havanese puppy too. She is now 6 years old. We got her at birth. Super smart dog and they aren’t afraid of being trained. Congratulations on your new addition and I’ll tell you this, we have 2 dogs, Madison the Havanese and Punky Brewster the Shihpoo. They get along really good almost like sisters. 2 little dogs are better than 1 because they need a friend. Leaving a single dog alone is a mistake in my book.

what breeder did you use for your beautiful havanese puppy? just adorable! thank you for posting!
We lost our 7yo Shiatsu too soon to cancer in December 2021. We found our little girl Havanese August 2022. Her markings are like yours but switch left for right.
The comments here pretty much match our girl as for energy, velcro, find it chew it.
Our girl topped out at 13 lbs.

You need a large metal frame crate, one that is big enough to include a bed and a pee pad, bowls for water and food.

Just bought two ourselves! We lost our Cavalier in Aug (16 years old) and it’s been very hard ever since. My GF and I aren’t much on people so hot being able to come home from work to that unconditional love of a dog really was killing us. We went and saw the two were getting, today. We’ll be picking them up on Thanksgiving day! We think we already know their names; Duncan & Gurney. From DUNE. 😜

Haveneses are known as Velcro dogs because they like to be glued to their owner. They are also known to get depressed when left alone❤️ just thought I’d share.

So do you think if you train them early to be independant, that they will be okay when they are older
V __ havanese dogs have this trait in them to always be glued to their owner. They want to love you and be with you. So no the training will not work. Just don’t get a havanese? Try maybe a cat.

Could I have some advice, I was cleaning out my loft a couple days ago, and found my mum's old flute. I'm 21 and I've been trying to play it and I'm awful. Is it worth spending time on learning it or am I too old to really be worth it? And if I do start, what is the best starting point?

always practice you can get beginners books at the nearest music store or on Amazon but work pays off my good buddy

I'm gonna get a havanese puppy for 12 days i think. I have beed waiting for 3 or 4 weeks. It still needs to grow.
We are all psycho mum crazy, I also have a Instagram account for my Shih tzu puppy and he is not even home yet I pick him up on the 30th November. I post most of the pictures I get from the breeder. He makes me so happy. Life is just better with a dog in it.
I am such a puppy mom too. So much so that I started a business called “PoochieMamaHawaii” where I make custom dog collars and leashes for other pup parents that are as in love with their pooch as much as I am mine. I am thinking of adding a black and white Havanese to our family and just loved your video. (Btw, although I live in Hawaii, I am from Pittsburgh too. Love Pittsburgh people.
