Kevin Jones is a monster. I consistently see him get bogeys. You know, 1-3 or so, nothing crazy, but that's a 2 stroke swing each time when these other guys on the card are hitting birdie. And he always manages to stay right in the mix at the end by hitting crazy jump putts, nailing eagles, and just bouncing back in general. It's ALWAYS exciting when he's on the card.
Hes so likable and so fun to watch. I love the recognition he gave Kyle after that shot on 17. Probably my favorite, but it's so hard to pick the more I get to know these guys.

Absolute scenes. AGAIN! This season has been absolutely fantastic, unmissable drama every week and Jomez growing with the sport bringing us the action. I hope we look back at the explosion of Disc golf and it’s fantastic shots, events and players as one of the few truly positive things to come out of the last year and half of very difficult times.
If you would’ve told me at the beginning of the last round that Paul McBeth only needed a -6 round to win the tournament outright, I would’ve laughed and asked who came in second. Very tough course obviously, to keep McBeast at a modest -2 for the final round. Big ups to the top finishers! The forehand on hole 15 by Kevin on his up shot made me get goosebumps! I mean the power that guy has is ridiculous, it was such a highly skilled shot. Just a beautiful shot
It took me literally 2 hours to watch this 40 min video because I had to rewind so many times not believing what I had just seen. The bar is being raised substantially every week now. It's hard to believe how incredibly good these guys are. The message has been delivered to the rest of the field and they had better lose some interest on their social media likes and subscribes and get busy or they'll soon become yesterdays news...
This is my favorite Jomez post of all time. So god damn happy for that kid. Kyle if you see this, I wish you nothing but the best man. You're the future of disc golf.
If Jomez can't always show footage from the other cards, maybe incorporate a "live" leaderboard down the stretch so we know where everyone stands after each hole on the final 9?
@@billysmith8594 i was thinking more along the lines of using udisc to show everyone's scores after 10, 11, 12, etc on the final day so the viewer can appreciate what is at stake on every hole.
Why show a 'live' leaderboard when its post produced? They do sometimes show shots from the 2 chase cards, but they have to get it from OTB and Gatekeeper. Depending on schedules, editing, etc...it makes it very difficult in a short amount of time. You can watch the last round free here on CZcams, just subscribe to the Disc Golf Pro tour.
@@jimmymccolpinify if no one is in striking distance of the lead card, it wouldn't matter. But showing us a short glimpse of where the top guys stand on the last few holes would add more suspense for those of us who don't want to or can't watch live.

Just wanted to say thanks to all of you for the coverage....I was hoping to watch in person this year and got stuck working all weekend...but your feeds made me feel like I was there
No better sport to be a part of in 2021. Change my mind? From the coverage to the skill level of the players. Disc golf has everything you’d want to enjoy from a sport. The average fan and player can enjoy it as well as any seasoned vet who has seen the growing game becoming more than a niche hobby at their local course. I love this game, and I’m glad that Jomez helped bring us here to get a front row seat to the best players week in and week out.
If he isn't already, I think he'll put away the doubts next year. I remember a couple years ago hearing whispers about him, then last year he started showing up in a few tournaments, and this year he's been slaying.
