Goosebumps. She is a REAL HOOPER. Generational player. Almost felt like I was watching Steph or Luka on some of those plays. She put this entire team on her back. Little known secret that people who have never watched women's basketball don't know. But for the longest time (this has changed now) your average woman basketball player was probably a better shooter than your average nba player. Ive always suspected that this was due to the fact that they really couldnt focus on bigs and dunking and instead emphasized fundamentals more, which a lot of male basketball players could use.

      2. Early in the first period, Aliyah elbowed Clark intentionally and was not called for it.
      3. On NUMEROUS occasions---too many to count---South Carolina players (especially #12 Beal and #10 Cardoso), camped out in the Offensive Paint for 5+ seconds with no call.
      4. Aliyah clubbed and threw Iowa players around like baby seals, no call.
If anything, the refs did South Carolina as much as they could. And Carolina still lost.

Maybe it's happening now to them what happened after John Wooden retired. UCLA stopped being dominant and it blew the door open for balance.
There are things to improve yet, but as you said, the level has been rising for a little while. Good stuff
