Why would you even think that?
I’d say it’s more intuitive. Practice the skill when you feel up to it. If you don’t feel up to it you probably haven’t quite adapted to the previous sessions

He’a always said what he says here, actually. Stretching is useless for weight training and improve strength, but useful for injuries recovery or to help the body adapt to a longer range of motion (based on the sport you’re practicing)

My wife and I stretch vigourously each night. It definitely makes me very explosive. Lol But in all seriousness thank you for the video and explanation. Helps us make sense of when to and or when not to apply stretching.
