  • 20 years old Tatsuki Narita from Japan playing the Violin Concerto No. 1 in D major by Niccolo Paganini in the finals of the Queen Elisabeth International Violin Competition 2012 in Brussel, Belgium. Narita was awarded 2nd place in that year's competition.
    This was originally from the actual competition, and was uploaded by The Violin Channel. But there were no complete first or second movement in the video. So I did it and upload it from the Queen Elisabeth Competition website, with help from Bandicam.
    I. Allegro Maestoso - Tempo guisto 0:36
    II. Adagio 22:40
    III. Rondo. Allegro spirituoso - Un poco piu presto 27:57

    Just watched the Baranov (1st prize) - Bold choice for him with the Shosty, ehh with the interpretation. I'm gonna go ahead and say that the result came down to politics in the jury. It was unwinnable for Narita, and for some reason that kid was propelled to the top. Narita gave the superior performance.

      А оркестр жутковатый😊 Как на плацу звучок😂 Совершенно не чувствуют задорный итальянский характер, никакой бравуры, никакой свободы дыхания. Ладно - солист, он не европеец, но оркестр?! Дирижёр им явно не нужен, у них в голове и так метрономы😂

      Мне очень нравится его японская надёжность (запас прочности) и очень изящная постановка. Очень красивые движения рук, посадка головы. Осталось доработать рикошет, добавить мягкости в кантилену, ну и прочие важные мелочи. На конкурсах практически невозможно играть без потерь и донести все свои сильные стороны😂

    如果只以一首協奏曲來爭奪冠軍,曾宇謙與他應該是並列冠軍,兩人風格還蠻接近,都盡量避免錯誤,琴音相當乾淨,當然一些小瑕疵難免,其他三人則感覺爾爾,不知道為什麼曾宇謙只拿到第五.

      @sgmcam Před 7 lety

      既然是比賽,錯誤就是扣分,而非什麼熱情或速度或其他因素,那大可另闢一種小提琴熱情比賽等等會外賽,那錯誤就可不計扣分,每次看到一些錯誤百出的冠軍或是拉些冷門曲目的冠軍,就感覺還蠻莫名其妙的.

      GM S 就光论技术层面,曾宇谦的技术并没有他精深,就单单苏雷那的个华彩,所见过的,除了卡瓦科斯和他外,再没有人能现场把那个华彩的技术演绎的淋漓精致了。

    Ah, velocity. In professional baseball young pitchers think that knocking a batter's head off is cute. It's not. In professional football young quarterbacks think that throwing the football through a receiver's chest is cute. It's not. In music young virtuosos think that playing at the speed of light is impressive. In this case it is. Even the orchestra was really into this performance.The vulgar comments and obvious jealousy have no place here. If you can't compete grow up, shut up and go lick your wounded false pride in the corner. Oh, you might try practicing your scales.
    If we are ever visited by an alien species certain to be more advanced and developed than we are I would say to them "Top this!"

    Fenomenal. Para su edad y su propio género. Impresionante. Pero en la larga historia de la grabación musical hubo versiones musicalmente bastante más contundentes y, en el buen sentido de la palabra, bestiales. Mucho virtuosismo tiene este chaval. Pero no tanto corazón y amor por la vida y la mujer. Poca opera italiana. Poco belcanto paganiniano. Pudo tener 1st Prize. Pero por falta de corazón y el sol napolitano en el sonido no lo obtuvo... Una Pena.
