This is a beautiful house that i have seen on several videos but you included several items that others overlooked eg the solar panels, the deck drains, the flat baseboards and door surrounds and the prep kitchen. This attention to detail, imo, lifted your tour head and shoulders above the others. I am now a subscriber. 😊

omg, i thought the clubhouse was the home, and was like - this looks like a doctor office. although the 'house' doesn't look much warmer.
Haha! The clubhouse is pretty amazing. I’ve been in a lot of mansions and mega mansions and this house actually has a very warm feel to it when you’re inside. The video just doesn’t do it justice.
In answer to your question at 9:35. I would add me to that home 🙂 just Stunning. well back to reality, have to get to work on that roof of my double wide.

There are so many upgrades but I have to say that dry sauna sold me. Everything in this design makes it convenient for anyone and I don’t think I would ever leave the house 😆

Question. What could you use/ or do to those 2 wine areas in the hallway instead of wine storage? I think that it's to much. You already can store over 450 bottles of wine in the kitchen area.
Hi @patricksweeney7370 That is a good question. You could turn it into a display of a collection that you love. Maybe some art or art like figures if you added some glass shelving versus a bottle racking system. I feel like I could give better suggestions if I knew more about your likes and dislikes and also went back into the property and spent some more time feeling the space again. I have seen some homeowners that don't drink wine at all just use a space like that as a display of wine and use that as a focal point, but I do see your point about it being an excessive amount of wine storage for someone that doesn't have a big collection.
Your camera man dropped the ball too many times. He is not panning to all your references or pointing out and talking about a specific detail. The camera is on you instead of the object.
I agree. She asked what I thought of the house so far mid tour and I’m like haven’t seen it yet!
