Great review guys! So many good places to eat yet so little time when you’re a tourist. Hard to choose the best pizza, Mexican, burger, steak, etc when you are afraid to choose wrong and waste money. Nothing bring more regret than wasting money on bad or even mediocre food. We rely on you guys to guide us in the right direction. Thanks for your culinary efforts!

We like the chunky guacamole so good! Never tried plantains but wouldn't mind to try it.
Plantains were wonderful! Brooks normally don’t care for them but he loved these!

wasn't yesterday's vid a new restaurant in town also? you are so lucky! also this one seems to be trying to make a lot of the items on site when possible. i like that the table salsa is a bit thicker today. the idea of the carafe and two dishes is something i haven't seen in colorado. good idea, i guess. fish tacos, charro beans and rib eye looked really great! well and the beans, rice, the rest of the tacos, lol everything. the only thing I can say is maybe don't dip the tortilla so much in the kitchen and put an extra corn tortilla on the birria taco. there was a good amount of consomme, but it wasn't needed because it was already wet. tacos here usually have two tortilla and it helps when things get wet. just thinking about restaurant mgmt the corn elotes on the cob might become pretty expensive in the off season.
Yesterday’s was indeed a new place also! They both have very different things that are good but Muchacho Alegre would be our first suggestion as Yessi is just a sweet owner and her food is incredible! We appreciate you so much 😊

I'm very disappointed that y'all don't say a blessing before you eat.
Pam we always say a blessing before we eat and we always do it out loud in the restaurant. We choose not to film that as we want to focus our whole prayer on the prayer itself and not the camera in our hand. We hope that helps.
Hi Pam...Christy here...just remember when watching a vlog you only see what YOU see on film. There is a whole life beyond the camera lens you don't see. Prayer should not be a show for folks to watch. We pray aloud for meals and several times a day beyond that. Try not to judge folks based on what you see. We pray and take prayer requests on our livestreams every single time. Feel free to tune in sometime.

I’m not. Simply stating that you don’t always see what goes on. We just don’t feel as prayer is for show. When we do it at the end of a livestream we do it as if all of you were sitting around the table with us. It just seemed as though we were having judgment passed on us and I wanted to address it. I wasn’t trying to be rude.
