U can use a regular loom as long as u use the setup that rob used for the twin stripe

If you watched her monster tail review she said at first they didn't put a red dot but then later on they did so some may not have a red dot but be a real monster tail

You can make this on a rainbow loom too! It just needs to be in the staggered pin position and use the first two pin bars or even take the middle pinbar out and use the two left over!

Search on rainbow looms channel and at the top you will see some monster tail videos. I highly suggest you try to make the Loch Ness monster.

Hey there its Skylar you can do this bracelet on the rainbow loom u take out the middle layer of the rainbow loom and then take off the big part on the loom and then use 6 pegs that she uses and do exactly what tutorialsbya does and u should get the same bracelet if u do it right

How Does having the monster tail feel? Just Wondering since I,m getting one
on Wednesday! PEACE.
I started to do this today and followed you instruction to the tee, BUT it only came out with 2 stripes where yours has 3 but you only did 2 triangles each time and used 2 bands, as there was one band still on the table. How come?????
If you look on the correct side then you’ll see three triangles

Walmart IS carrying the actual name branded Monster Tail from Rainbow Loom. They are actually on sale for $6.88 at Walmart or $7.44 at Michaels as of week of 6/23/14.
