OSHO: Something Which Never Dies

  • "...'Everybody dies sooner or later, it doesn't matter. Now I want to know something of that which never dies.' Now this is a totally different way of working than that of Jesus. Jesus cures; the stories are that he raises the dead back to life. Perhaps that is his way, that's his uniqueness. In that way he wants people to understand that life is not just eat, drink and be merry. 'There is something more to it, more mysteries." Osho

OSHO was a bold exceptional warrior against dogmas - religious beliefs - social norms and restrictions - political control. He took the stand to speak the TRUTH and thus became the most controversial Guru. He is missed and those who cannot understand him are the losers.

"Perhaps more sophisticated, perhaps for more cultured people." Culture is a by-product of a people's historical imagination, but I see no difference between a belief in Reincarnation and Ressurection. But I do think Buddhism sees more clearly through the murky waters of Reality than other teachings.
