Hi, I bought one of these recently and I’ve refilled it with butane I think. But as soon as I start putting it in it doesn’t feel like it goes in , like it just flows back out immediately. I’ve tapped it before with a pen release each time. But each time the same thing and it doesn’t turn on upon ignition button. Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you!

NEVER EVER stick anything other than the butane nozzle in the valve on a lighter when refilling, if there is any pressure remaining it will contain butane which can contact freeze on release plus you can irreparably damage the valve, advising people to stick anything but especially a screw into the valve is reckless and stupid.
That’s really cool. By the way, those other so-called “lightsabers” you showed off in the beginning of the video are lazily made, since they have hoses coming off of it. I’d love to see someone make a real lightsaber, not the fake ones you see on CZcams.

Hold the pen in that relieve valve till nothing comes out. Then try to refill again
Could i maybe use the color changing insert from the hacksmiths lightsaber to replace the current one?

Torches don't come with butane in them, they can't be shipped/mailed with fluid inside them. So calm down Karen...
