I'm glad this issue is highlighted by someone who is being watched my millions. These big brands often rips off our skins and doesn't even get caught, they easily get away with it because of their brand popularity. These days expensive and big brands are getting cheap quality wise and small brands turns out to be far more higher than our expectations. So please do give a chance to those who are new atleast once.

Absolutely agree. Went to an Ideas sale last year and it was a complete clusterf***. The staff were not helpful at all and when we went to pay they said the items were not on sale, when where we picked them up from clearly said Sale. This is what happens when a brand gets so big they think they own the market.

i think the thing about brands not giving credit can be said about outfitters too they copied the whole theme of Huxley's novel the brave new world so much so that it looks like its merch, not only that but there is also a series named the same airing these days, it can easily be googled

Absolutely agree with him. Ideas by Gul Ahmed have a very rude and unprofessional staff. Also I have seen them misbehaving with customers. As well as there is no proper 70% off on any stuff.

I bought a shirt from ideas two years back ab meri wo shirt phat gayi hai lekin inke pass abhi bhi uske piece hote hein matlab 2 se 3 saal purana design kiyun sale kar rahe hoo aur aik baat hai mujhe koi bhi cheez 50% off se zyada ki nahi mili thi iss rush mein

The worst part is the leather jacket collection, the pattern cut is shapeless and cheap, big armholes sewing finish makes you a robot, one size fits all failed strategy. Cheap quality materials...
I wore a leather jacket from my collection to their store and salesperson was interested to know where i bought mine rather then selling ideas one 😂

Almost all barnds are doing same. They don't have management regarding sizes and design and not even trained staff. On j., sapphire they just through designs on table, and said you to find by your self. That's why i leaved to buy from outlets during sale.

i am a very loyal customer of Gul Ahmad. i have not experienced any issue that has been highlighted by this unknown person trying to earn money using others. the customer service is excellent. yesterday i changed an article that i bought online. i have bought several articles online n replaced many on their different outlets. this person is lying.
last year at the outfitters outlet near thoket, my credit card was copied and online transaction was tried using a duplicate card.
shame on you.

100 % same staff behaviour was experienced with me in 2016 in Hyderabad.
Although all same issues faced size, all products were out of date, Faded, washed.
Ordered some online stuff and that don't even worth a penny.... All the budget went on their advertisment and marketing -_-
