In this video we talk about knockout punches. Discuss how to use them and the different types and styles. Greenlee are the ones that we used for this demonstration.
Excellent. No music. No splash screens. No special effects with multimedia. He just gave instruction plain and simple, like I wanted, because I am here to learn. I am not here to be entertained.
Thanks. Have always been interested in this tool. Appreciate you trying to show how it worked on the second punch, but it would have been nice to see how it actually cuts. Assuming the cup is like a friction washer and the die head is turning making the cut.
Hi Craig. Are there any other applications or uses for punch & die sets? I inherited my late father's electrical tools and want to learn how to use them.
If I want to make a hole 1-15/16 do I use the set labeled 1-15/16 ? Why do some listings say 1-1/2" knock put actually hole size 1-15/16" ? Trying to buy one not sure if there's some kind of off set
we used an impact driver because the ratchet was not effective and we did not have the hydraulic unit. also we were using a rectangular die. please advise.
I'll show this video to my son who will start his electrical job soon. Great video!
