I really appreciate you working with things that can be purchased in various places. As a Canadian, it can be hard or at least crazy expensive to import things from the US. I love some of what the smaller companies are doing, but it's hard to fall in love with things on a video and know you can't get them. It also helps me support my local stores.

Thanks for sharing - always great info! I wouldn’t recommend Papertrey Ink; I bought a die there that wouldn’t cut properly. I contacted their customer service and was told to send the die to them (at my cost). I sent it with samples showing how it didn’t cut, plus extra cardstock so they could test a die to send back to me. They returned the same die saying it cut fine and that I didn’t know how to use it (rather insulting, not to mention I was on a die cutting design team). Worst of all, the sample they cut also did not cut through; they had ripped it out to “make it work.” I went back and forth a few more times trying to get them to replace the die but they refused. I will not buy products from them again.
