I love that Blark just lives his son and wants to spend time with him. He doesn't do that trope of the dad loves his son bit he barely shows and criticizes the son on everything he does because its not what he would do.
By the way….that instant rush of panic and flushness you felt when you first say these faces….that deeply unsettling feeling it gives you. Is called THE UNCANNY VALLY phenomenon!
This is not uncanny valley, the proportions are much too exaggerated to give that effect. Androids and the like that manage to achieve a near human face give off the feeling of uncanny valley because while they look human, you can just tell that there is something inherently wrong, though what that is, isn’t immediately clear.
I wish I could watch this but this art style has always deeply disgusted me for some reason. Like their faces just aren't right and I can't get past it like with other animation lol
