Gumabao - her answers are vague talking about the Bible, then injecting phrases like "mental health" and "sanity". By referring to the Bible as an app, she conveyed a person who is was into isolation, and not into reaching out to others. What about the use of Messenger, Zoom, etc?. These apps are heavily used during these times because of social distancing rules. She should have given these examples instead. Mateo's answer about face on the currency was VERY specific. Very well done. As for the same question about relevance of pageants during a pandemic, I like Mateo's answer better because she first gave an example (her advocacy), and stated what she wanted to do to help others.
I like Gumabao's answer to the first question which she chose Bible app. The question only requires one specific app during the quarantine period not more than one. Therefore, in my opinion, she chose the best app and that was the Bible app. this app is very timely and relevant nowadays. You don't need so many apps to connect with your loved ones, Bible app can spread the words of God miraculously which connect to people not just physically but holistically. On the second question, this is where Iloilo standout better than Quezon City. Iloilo on the other hand, answered the 2nd question with sincerity and conviction. She gave more emphasis on her advocacy that doesn't require technicality, the question only requires answers with heart and compassion thus Iloilo aced that and became the winner of this pageant.
We can actually simplify the outcome of the Miss Universe Philippines winner, Queen Rabiya Mateo I don't know if you all know, Michelle and Sandra are best friends These two have pretty much two things in common. First, overconfident, second, they gained weight. Just because, Sandra won 2 yrs ago as Miss Globe Philippines does'nt mean she will be guaranteed to win the crown. Never underestimate your opponent. Rabiya played her cards very well, the underdog, it always work. She knew what it takes to be on the top five. Once she made it there, then she gave and performed her very best in her, stage presence and most of all the Q & A. Now Michelle was the master of Q & A, but the total package of the criteria for Miss Universe Philippines is a huge factor for winning the crown. To be honest, Michelle and Sandra gained weight, their pasarelas was not strong in both the swimsuit and evening gown. RABIYA, overall standsout, she gave her very best during the final because she wanted the crown. She was focus and knows exactly what to achieved, after all she is a lecturer. Like she stated, she did her research including her strong rivals. Like I said, she played her card well. CONGRATULATIONS Queen RABIYA MATEO. GOD bless🙏

God knows that Michelle’s or Quezon City’s answer about what is the most imprtant app during the STRICT LOCKDOWN AND ISOLATION, her answer is bible app as she said it helped her to “SURVIVE HER STRUGGLES DURING THE PANDEMIC” - as if anyone was asking her how she survived the struggles during pandemic; that is clearly NOT the question.... She could have answered Delivery Food App, Online Shopping Appa or the like as that will make her answer more relevant to the question. And also, that moment could have been the perfect time for her to pay gratitude to our food and goods delivery drivers during the pandemic . I'm not even Christian but it sounds like she used her religion so that the judges will not be able to disagree with her as a winner BUT NOPE the judges are honest, they may had seen through it and saw how authentic Rabiya Mateo is instead of her. Gumabao - her answers are vague talking about the Bible, then injecting phrases like "mental health" and "sanity". By referring to the Bible as an app, she conveyed a person who is was into isolation, and not into reaching out to others. What about the use of Messenger, Zoom, etc?. These apps are heavily used during these times because of social distancing rules. She should have given these examples instead.
Mateo's answer about face on the currency was VERY specific. Very well done. As for the same question about relevance of pageants during a pandemic, I like Mateo's answer better because she first gave an example (her advocacy), and stated what she wanted to do to help others.
I like Gumabao's answer to the first question which she chose Bible app. The question only requires one specific app during the quarantine period not more than one. Therefore, in my opinion, she chose the best app and that was the Bible app. this app is very timely and relevant nowadays. You don't need so many apps to connect with your loved ones, Bible app can spread the words of God miraculously which connect to people not just physically but holistically. On the second question, this is where Iloilo standout better than Quezon City. Iloilo on the other hand, answered the 2nd question with sincerity and conviction. She gave more emphasis on her advocacy that doesn't require technicality, the question only requires answers with heart and compassion thus Iloilo aced that and became the winner of this pageant.

God knows that Michelle’s or Quezon City’s answer about what is the most imprtant app during the STRICT LOCKDOWN AND ISOLATION, her answer is bible app as she said it helped her to “SURVIVE HER STRUGGLES DURING THE PANDEMIC” - as if anyone was asking her how she survived the struggles during pandemic; that is clearly NOT the question.... She could have answered Delivery Food App, Online Shopping Appa or the like as that will make her answer more relevant to the question. The words STRICT QUARANTINE and LOCKDOWN wouldnt be present in the question for nothing. And also, that moment could have been the perfect time for her to pay gratitude to our food and goods delivery drivers during the pandemic . Her answer was only to make an jmpression to the people that she is a religious woman in which technically she didnt answer what the question was implying... to think of that she is from Quezon City who was one of the urban cities that was hardly affected by the strict quarantine... Why she didnt remember those humble frontliners is because she is a rich girl who has housemaids to do all the shopping while she was making herself beautiful all for the pageant... that was the hard truth... and now, showing bitterness just proved that her Bible answer doesn’t define her as who the real person she really is.

However, s 2nd question na nagkatalo, kay Ms. Q.C. parang nawala sya ng konte don s part na sabi nya “very very” hinahanap nya s isip nya yung tamang term n gusto nyang i-point out, para maitawid yung sagot nya, n sa bandang huli naitawid nman nya pero parang di ganon ka-strong ending. When Ms. Ilo-Ilo City answered the 2nd question very confident, very strong, may conviction, may impact at kasing strong ng sagot nya sa 1st question, parang continuation lang ng sagot nya sa 1st question yung sagot nya sa 2nd question. Very spontaneous, saka ramdam m tlga s boses nya sincerity, kumbaga momentum n nya yon dpat nya ibigay lahat lahat ng makakaya nya, yon ang nakita ng mga judges kaya sya nanalo, thats my opinion.

I'm not even Christian but it sounds like she used her religion so that the judges will not be able to disagree with her as a winner BUT NOPE the judges are honest, they may had seen through it and saw how authentic Rabiya Mateo is instead of her.
