Beautiful home but bathroom shower head suppose to be cover so that when buyer is taking shower water is not all over. U need to talk to all your ceo putting an open shower in most houses you advertise. Most of them travel abroad and see what their shower looks like. You can’t leave shower open like that. They need to upgrade

Great showcasing video. I've seen many videos of this house on many channels, but yours always trumps them all, you add a great touch of professionalism. I love the terrace, but the arrangement of the bathroom though, downgrades the quality. Do they plan adding a door to the shower or one is expected to shower on the toilet seat. ..which will be awful?

Nicely finished house with no crazy colours or tiles. This is how every house should be built so that the owners can then add colours and their own touch where they want. Neutral and minimalism is what i want to see in a house. Tired of seeing orange and yellow walls with multicoloured tiled walls and floor, yellow gold living room and dining room furniture. It's just too much

The bathrooms are terrible, major let down like Joshua Daria said. Everything else is really okay for an $80K home. I've seen more expensive homes that are not as pleasing to look at.

The house is beautiful. And the interior designer brought it home. But I don't understand why architects are making such underwhelming bathrooms. Those bathrooms kill the design. They can do so much better.

It’s just the furnishing that’s helping this house. The masters bathroom is just to basic and plain
5million deposits the balance 29million to be paid within a space of 12months which means equivalent of about 2.5million every month. Who makes 2.5million monthly. If your company really wants to help they should spread the balance payment out to 3years and not 1 year

There are people who can buy these homes cash down, even more expensive ones. But it's just unrealistic that people that can only afford N5mil down payment, will be expected to pay off the remainder in 12 months. What's that, $5.3K per month?
But if you let people put a down payment, then pay the rest off in 5 years, then that will be affordable for people.

A BQ IS A DETACHED SMALLER BUILDING BUILT AWAY FROM THE MAIN HOUSE. THIS IS WHAT IT WAS EVERY WHERE IN THE WORLD INCLUDING NIGERIA UNTIL RECENTLY WE STARTED HAVING GREEDY DEVELOPERS ESPECIALLY IN LAGOS. THEY SQUEEZE FIVE HOUSES INTO SPACE FOR FOUR! NO BACKYARD SPACE FOR OUTDOOR LIVING , NO DECK SPACE FOR THE SMALL SWIMMING POOL THEY SQUEEZE INTO THE LIMITED SPACE IN THE COMPOUND AND THE OCCUPANTS CAN STRETCH AND TOUCH THEIR NEIGHBOUR OR CAN SEE THEIR NIEGHBOUR IN THEIR HOUSES.
