that sequence has an Inverted Version (I.V.) in 'The Avengers' (2012).
When Cap is fighting aliens in the bank and one grabs him from behind while holding Cap's head, then Cap flips BACK over the alien, and loses his helmet (upper) before the bomb detonates.
Imagine EVERY single MCU scene in every movie does this.

It’s the subtle details in this movie that make it great. BLack widow gets shot but barely even reacts to it; because, of her background she’s probaly been shot before and she knows how to handle various types of pain(even being shot) knowing she comes from Russian Intelligence(if I’m not mistaken) I’m pretty sure she’s been thru an intensive training on how to deal with pain and torture

Cap and Bucky were best friends way back in the 1940's before World War 2. when Steve enlisted and became Captain America, Bucky served in the same special unit alongside Steve until Bucky was re-captured by Hydra and turned into the Winter Soldier. his mind was erased many times to keep him from remembering his former life as Bucky and keeping the programming of his mind as Winter Soldier
