It's not as pay to win as you make it out to be.
The in game dungeon revives AKA goddess grace is not an item people purchase. You can get plenty of them for free via the AP shop at the inn. They're also handed out like candy during events and via the frequent coupons that the official discord passes out. Not only that but the hardest content in the game actually disallows the use of those items so at the end of the day they're just a cushion for the extremely inept.
Regarding the enhancement runes, your items no longer break when you fail an enhancement. The item enters a restored state while still being usable. The runes must be used during the reforging process which allows you to have another attempt at enhancing from where you left off with guaranteed success after so many fails. Runes can be obtained for free through the variety of events and you can also get them from free via the seal shop. The way you accumulate seals is by participating in raids so you'll accumulate free runes just for playing.
Fatigue pots. For starters, fatigue is pretty much irrelevant if you know what you're doing. They hand out fatigue potions like crazy for daily missions and events so they're easy to stockpile for free. They also introduced a system that allows two of your characters to share a set of equipment at the cost of them sharing their departure count into limited battles. However fatigue is not shared. With this in mind if one character runs out of fatigue you can just switch to the other and play your secondary character that's equally geared while your main character recovers. Additionally fatigue cost can be recovered and or reduced with free in-game mechanics such as sleeping at a guild house or letting your character get a hot spring buff.
VVIP. Once again an item that is handed out like candy during events and via coupon codes for the official discord. Not only that, it is an item that is freely tradable on the marketplace so for around 7 million gold you can buy a 7-Day vvip pass and as long as you're active within those 7 days you will more than make back what you spent creating a perpetual state of free VVIP. Having VVIP also allows you to regenerate 30% fatigue every hour which further helps nullify the possibility of running out.
The Free level jump to 110 I will concede as a very minor pay to win convenience but you can reach level 110 in less than a day if you know what you're doing. This item is honestly a scam for the inpatient.
The pets are obtainable for free through a variety of events and the stat bonuses they give are very minor. Not only that but similar to the goddess graces, pets are disallowed by the game in the upper level of content where you're basically forced to get good and have no crutches to lean on.
The only other thing that would be somewhat considered pay to win is the outfitters. Not because of their stats, but because the best outfitters come from loot boxes and when you drop one they are tradeable. Many people roll these "loot boxes" until they get an outfit to sell for hundreds of millions of gold. They then use that gold to fund their gear which is a pay to win practice. However this is not necessary unless you want to partake in the extreme endgame side content raids that are not part of the main story.
I understand this is a first impression and you are most likely just uninformed. This is why I urge MMO reviewers to do some research prior to making a video. It can still be a first impression video but should contain a secondary section that shows off what actual endgame looks like as well as some input from experienced players. That way situations like this where a game gets falsely accused of being shamelessly pay to win don't happen.

Another awesome review on the less popular mmos.
I would have loved to hear your thoughts on TERA, too bad they're no longer in service.

Vvip can be bought from auction house and gives "infinite" fatigue you don't have to pay it's just more time consuming.
