After a lot of outside work at the Passion Project tensions are high but the results are amazing
The Outside transformation is advancing well
The pool connections are now done and it is time to tackle the inside of the pool ... to bring it back to its former glory
Edd goes through the list of things that need doing to finish the project
Then he gets going with the Garage lights but he realises we need a light that leads to the cave /wine cellar ,
Edd apologizes and wants to treat Anna to an afternoon of Antique shopping
Maybe a nice light for the garage / where it leads to the cave / wine cellar
And possibly a nice little drinks trolley for the cinema room
Edd decides its time to go Bargain Hunting for Antiques in Bordeaux ... as he has heard of a new place ....
The Landscaping & Outside Transformation at the passion project is looking better by the minute
Tackling the outside grounds at the passion project has been something that has been on our minds for a long time we can finally say that the outside transformation is nearly there and we can't wait to share with you what we have been up to x
Its been over 6 years since we started the renovation project

I wish they had the automatic lights for the home when my children were growing, my daughter never remembered to turn off the lights. She is 33 this year and she still doesn't remember, but I don't have to pay her power bill 😄
We had a timer on the lights. They went off within 10 minutes. If you needed more time you just walked around to trip the switch again.

Those gold translucent screens were very nice. The angels are stunning. I love some of the paintings I'm seeing. Great ideas to see as you walk around the shop. Edd, your sporty pullover is pretty cool. If you are in the mood to watch the USA's Football playoffs this Sunday, please cheer for the Philadelphia Eagles. That is my old hometown though I live in Georgia, USA now but will definitely be cheering for the Eagles.

The automatic lights upon entry is really more energy efficient than turning on/off manually. Edd you do have a style of communication that we are making an effort to get used to and to know if you are kidding or not. Happy the brocante is open for you. I wish I could trail behind you looking for some of my favorite things.

Hey Anna and Edd, I know that some people take offence to certain things. I was always told, it's not what you say, BUT how you say it. It's a lot running, Chateau Lagorce raising two children, and working on the Passion project, (TOGETHER 24/7) most people couldn't do it. of course, there will be tension, we as humans get tired, we need time alone, space to breath, so you're doing fabulous, the chandelier, was beautiful, but not for the passion project, you won't be able to enjoy it. I love the curtains, as well. looking forward to where they end up. Love from N.Y.

You guys have very eclectic tastes. The dining room table is modern and every thing else you’re attracted to is antique. The cinema room was a total,contemporary surprise to me! I’m kind of with Anna on the chandelier for the cave light.There’s a beauty of brick and crystal together.

Did Billy have an interest in the wooden statue? He had mentioned, in one of his videos, that there was an empty niche in the Convent's chapel. It is a bit expensive and needs a lot of restoring too.

I love the curtains, Anna; I hope there isn't any bad stain that you can't cover up by the folds in the fabric when you hang the curtains. That is a lot of fabric and like Ed said by the time you buy the fabric and liner curtains like that are very expensive if you have to buy them or even make them. As for the light in the wine cellar I would try to find a single light not a big chandelier for the stair case. Hugs, Kathy

I am new to your channel but have binged-watched a tad, and the thing that's impressed me (besides all your skills) is how kind you are to one another... the Secret to a long loving relationship. I vaguely recall hearing you mention the 4 times, but it was not said with tone and did not come across any other way to me than in a fun banter. No matter what the topic on any YT channel, people project their stuff on to you, the content creators. The fact you apologized anyway says a lot about your character.
I am especially impressed with how you interact with your children, and I very much enjoy the humor here. There is nothing phony about you two, or I'd have moved on.
Being a late-comer, though I watched the vlog about why your parents bought the chateau 20 yrs ago and they have done much work, I am confused about the current renos. Are you fixing it for yourselves to move into full time? Do you rent out another portion for guests at weddings held there?

Those curtains are exquisite and lovely. I think of Scarlett O'Hara of Tara (Gone with the Wind) having a dress made out of curtains when she had no money and trying to impress Rhett Butler. They'd adorn your chateau beautifully. Can't wait to see all the progress.

The garage if painted and finished well can be another room-very pretty! I tell my husband simple things, not double flux, and after the 10th telling he still has never heard it! He on the other hand, repeats everything he says 10 times, and when I do not want to hear the same thing for the 11th time-I stop him-which makes him repeat it 5 more times defensively😮!
