VIRGINIA MILITARY INSTITUTE | DRONE SHOT!!

Here is a quick aerial video of the prestiguous Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in Lexington, Virginia.
VMI is a state-supported military college, the oldest such institution in the United States. Unlike any other Senior Military College in the United States, and in keeping with its founding principles, VMI enrolls cadets only and awards baccalaureate degrees exclusively. VMI offers cadets strict military discipline combined with a spartan, physically and academically demanding environment. VMI has been called the West Point of the South (source: Wikipedia).

I filmed in 4K @30fps but YT always downgrades it. Not sure how to keep 4K after uploading to YT? Do you have any idea?

What editing software are you using to render the video? Because you go are going to have to create a custom setting for 4K video. I also see that this video has an option of 2K to be selected which is 1440. Are you on messenger or Facebook so I can send you a private message.that would be easy way to keep in contact

I'm using Final Cut Pro. I created the custom setting within Final Cut. Another subscriber suggested that you have to put quality=high in the tags when you process the video. So i'm not sure. I'll have to mess around with it! Add me on FB, Dan Pirchner.

Great aerial footage,to get the 4K on CZcams you just put quality=high in the tags then when it processes you get the 4k

I added it to my tags, so we will see if it works. Do you have to do it while you are uploading/processing? Also, I googled it and found a YT help page saying that those tags do not work after June 2016. I'll see if it works though. Thanks again!

You had the tag after it as finished processing that's what I do all the time when I upload 4k
