This video should be 30 or 29.97 fps. 60fps looks very realistic but I think b-roll videos should be like movies. You can shoot video at 60 fps, no problem, but you should set the render settings to 30 or 29.97 fps. That's when you'll notice the video looks much more cinematic.

3. Most shots takes too much longer which makes video boring to watch.

agreed.. also music out of place.. the same transition applied in the entire video. You have to think about all of the shots, before you start filming, what's important and what it isn't and then start shooting with a purpose. plan your shots and transitions to spice up your videos, play with speed ramps maybe. also the music, improve your sound choice, I believe music and sound effects are 70% of the video. Check some guys like Daniel Schiffer, Austin Paul. They do nice videos, tutoriais and you can learn a lot from them. Good luck
