"If the yearning is very deep in your heart to find the 'Truth', not powers, but the Truth, then I can assure you that you will come to the right teacher at the right time. Regarding Initiation, for simple meditation like watching your breath, there is no need of an initiation. But if you are going to do more complicated practices dealing with your energy channels, it will be safer to take initiation from somebody...." - Sri M

About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.

Hey,why are you chopping the videos,long one hour videos are good, they can be used like meditation itself,is there any special reason for breaking the videos into two🙏🏻
Guruj.... I love you so so very much. I have been practising meditation for the past few years. Before I start my meditation I visualise myself touching your feet and seeking your guidance. My question is does that request of mine reach your heart. ....please awaiting your response.

He should keep in mind that few westerners are just fooling around with him and asking questions just for fascination and entertainment.
