Same! That and Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. I still remember the crayon making segment, it was so cool to watch back then! Kids shows seemed much slower paced even back then, not always as slow paced and chill as Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, but still.

I liked Big Comfy Couch, but when I watched it as a kid, I wasn't aware of its references to the Blue Jays until now as a grown man. This show makes me a proud Canadian & Blue Jays fan.
The reason is because Big Comfy Couch was filmed in Canada. The mascot is Ace, He's so cute!

Ah, the first time I ever heard of Eat n' Park as a kid (though I was first exposed to it during the PTV era back in preschool as far as I can remember), and the jingle played in my head ever since. My grandparents would always take me there whenever we went out to eat back in the day and I played with the smiley cookies more often than I ate them. XD
Also, I haven't seen the bumper on 13:34 since kindergarten! The moment I saw it, I was brought back to the days where we had a wooden console tv and a rabbit ear antenna!

I primarily associate this station with the all-time great children's program _Mister Rogers' Neighborhood._ I'm sure a lot of other people do as well.

Are You Serious Why PBS P-Pals ID Logo Is Still Here After is Gone In September 1999 Why.
That's what I'm wondering, I don't remember them changing from PTV to PBS Kids until I was around 1st or 2nd grade, so seeing them BOTH together suggests they were in a sort of transition period between the two eras in 2000. Which is funny since I remember them using the P-Pals era bumpers in my early childhood at least until 2001 or so. Granted, I was like 3-5 years old in the late PTV era, but still.
@@MadameSomnambule Some PBS stations depending on where people lived still used PTV Park idents in the early 2000s even after the PTV Park brand was retired in 1999. In addition if the PBS station used their own library instead of the national feed of older shows from 1993-1999 and didn't repackage them, they would use the P-Pals station ID instead of the Dot/Dash PBS Kids ID, in addition to older cues/promos.
