This line is great for fans of Evil-Lyn! I’m so glad we have all these variants of a great character. Hopefully we get a classic version of her as seen in episode 1
Four Evil-Lyn figures in the Revelation subline? Yes please! I would love a Classic Evil-Lyn release. But if fans don't receive a Sorceress Teela first, it might start a rumble. 😄😉

I got mine today! Mine can't stand on her own but her gold crown was glued in fine which made me feel relieved. I love this figure

The shoulder armor has pivot/balll joints in them. I made the same mistake you did thinking they would limit movement. They don't limit the arms at all because you can move them in any position to stay with the shoulder.
The neck piece presses into the holes, you need to push a little. She poses fairly well with one foot slight forward and the other slightly back to help with center of mass. She also comes with fist effects that add some forward mass. Overall this is my favorite Masterverse figure to date, and in my top 10 figures of the year.
Unfortunately, mine wouldn't stay in no matter how hard I pressed it. The holes felt too wide. But I still love the figure. I'm glad you do too! 🙂
The necklace on mine just needed to be pushed into the holes a good little bit and connected just fine. My guess is they shipped it out so that there was no chance for it to break. My figure also stands on her own just fine. I just had to mess with posing the feet a little.
That's awesome yours did not have any issues! 👏 Like the 40th Anniversary Skeletor articulated jaw that wouldn't stay closed for some people and for others it would, I must have received one of those Dark-Lyns that required some extra effort! 🙂
I think the artwork alobe is worth to order this figure. I got Evil-Lyn whenI was a boy in 1986 and since then I`m in love with this character. I alos like all her appearances in all MotU media like cartoons and comics. She`s an ICON, I think.Once again, you did a great job.

mine came today, was going to wait till my next payday to rder another one to open or keep in package but, now since it's windowless packaging. i may just hold off and open the one i have now.

You can't stand her because you didn't swivel her feet flat. She stands perfectly if you move her feet flat. I guess they call it a rocker joint. You can have her feet flat no matter what position the legs are.
I managed to do it after a few tries.
You're supposed to push the pegs into the holes. No glue needed.
When they use that much putty in your adverts you know it's bound to have problems. 😆
Not worried about the standing cause she's gonna be on a flightstand on my shelf.
My figure stands fine wasn't aware this was even a issue...

Great review, man! I got mine, too. I like her. I'm not sure if I'm gonna bother with a review at the time. I spent so much money over the years on gluing figures, too!

@For Eternia Official No problem, bud! Yeah, figure collecting and repair are unfortunately part of the hobby. It doesn't matter if it's older figures or even new stuff in the box. Everything today is made with cheap labor, paint, and assembly. Shipped and being stored for a while them banged around unfortunately.
@@Themanchlid And that's exactly why I am not a big advocate for windowless packaging, but it seems that's where the industry is headed unfortunately.
@@foreterniaofficial Yeah I a had feeling many collectors aren't gonna like that. I already took my Evil-Lyn out. I'm not gonna review her. You did a good job and there are plenty of reviews out there now. Plus it's a figure people wanted or didn't. So I don't want to spend the time and energy on it.
@@Themanchlid That's definitely smart! If time and energy is limited, it's best to spend it on the things you're likely going to love! Otherwise, it's the quickest way to get burned out on this stuff I think!

mine stands no problem, just rotate the legs a bit so the feet are in a Y position.

Hmm. I never tried removing it but I would imagine the H is glued in there and not intended as an optional display accessory. I'll have to take a look at that!
My crown thing also doesn’t stay on. I think they didn’t make the holes deep enough.

Yeah, it seems like with some it stays in and some it doesn't. It's just the luck of the draw I guess. 🙂
Mine just arrived. I didn't like the non-plastic box, it didn't protect the action figure. Mine came with a paint scuff on her chest (very noticeable). Definitely, plastic free boxes are not meant for collectors.
...especially considering so many collectors save the packaging as well. Sorry to hear about that paint scuff.
Just got mine, only issue I have is those shoulder joints. Not practical at all. Overall it’s still a nice figure.

The crown isn’t suppose to be glued.
I've seen people report there figure as being glued. But either way, not having glue or the holes being too big and not holding it in secure, my figure's crown would slide out with the ever so slightest jostling and needed to be remedied. It would not stay in on its own.
