I am in my 60s and I don’t think I can do anything the same as when this song came out. They did great and I am happy they are still rocking out. She sang wonderfully.

@@ronniek7748 her voice is the same it's just that she just struggles with the highest notes that are high even for a young person let alone for someone 73 years of age! They are doing great considering it's in the cold too!

Lolz.. i did it in a valley in winter once with a band as a stand in lead guitarist..was bout midnite .. i put 1 hand in pocket try warm it then other hand .. there was a fire bout 40 mtrs away from me all i wanted to do was go stand near it.. i played till bout 2am! The first time I saw Heart live was in my HS auditorium at lunchtime.
40 years later, I tried to explain to my now adult sons just how SMOKING HOT the Wilson sisters were back in the day but I don't think they ever really understood.

Heart was one the best bands of the 1970's and 80's! Too see Ann and Nancy rock out in 2024 in less than ideal conditions. like fridged cold is amazing!

People are complaining about Ann's vocals. However, I've been listening to the performs they gave at the end of December, and Ann sounds a lot better here than right after Christmas and seems to have more energy here and not as tired. I was wondering if she was sick during that last week of December, because this here is a vast improvement then the prior week. I'm aware she's not hitting the high notes like she used too, but even earlier a months earlier she sounded great. I really am suspecting she had some sinus issues going on, like me and so many others. Don't count her and voice our quite yet!
I agree. Also, mid summer 2023 she was killing it. Something was going on vocally.
@@oldschoolgay The Wilson sisters, Ann especially, aren't the type to cancel concerts duo to a cold or infection or minor fever. They're to devoted to their fans for that.
If I had to sing in cold weather like that I would have trouble singing too, but they still persevered and made it sound good.
I saw these guys headline the Texxas Jam on July 1st 1978. They still got it.
I hate to say this but I see the Heart farewell Tour coming soon.So let's enjoy them while we can.For there age , they did a good job for there age.Esp singing outside in the cold at 70yrs old.All the great rock bands are getting up there in age.

Good idea.... however, it takes more time than they have to do sound checks for instruments. Hence , think you're gunna see solo artist(s). Yup, when bands play, only live mic is singer.

I saw this live yesterday afternoon and I was wondering what Ann Wilson was holding in her left hand, was that a wireless TX/RX for her mic or earpiece???
BTW, as a musician myself (and on this side of 58) as you grow older you DO lose the high notes, so I gave that a pass but otherwise a damn good performance considering that the Wilsons are in their 70s as of last night, FULL MARKS!!!

None of the highest notes of the song, but I can watch older versions for that, I wanna watch these 70+ year-old sisters keep playing these songs for 50 years now with such purpose and passion for it and still manage to knock it out better than any of us could ever imagine.
Saw them in 1979 in Iowa. Great show. All still in their 20s then. Ann sounds good even out in the cold.

The audience is not big, it's good that at least the children heard the clean vocals and music from the past years, Nancy and Ann Wilson just no words, the vocals live is amazing, but the transmission of that energy is not the same

She is s senior citizen , not surprising that famous voice of her is strained now. She sang her ass off for many years hitting some incredible notes that over time take a toll on the vocal cords. Still very entertaining though.
