About Speakers
Christian Tellen
Every gender advocate, including Christiana Tellen Ajuseh, easily visualizes an amazingly transformed world in the event where women are empowered. That explains why the Finland-based Cameroonian transformational mindset coach adds her voice to women empowerment. Through her organization, EmpoweredWoman.org, Christiana proves the meaning of women as veritable agents of development. Even when her nursing job engulfs a sizeable chunk of her working time, she still finds time to write and sing and this have resulted to a published book and an upcoming maiden album, already recorded. Christiana who is an unapologetic lover of Christ talks to motivate people and will be explaining how she is able to jack in many things, yet masters them all, when she mounts the TPW rostrum today. Tonya Kelly
Tonya Kelly is an African American woman known for her standing tall in whatever thing she does. Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, but based in Columbus Ohio, Tonya is soundly educated with a Master’s in Education, M.Ed and dispenses knowledge accordingly, as an educator. Tonya is known in her community as a woman of strength who would delve into disciplines usually considered as men’s things, including sports reporting. Consequently, she is amongst the few leading female sports reporters who would regularly be found at major sports events in and out of Ohio, camera-on-shoulder, note-book-in-hand. Those events end up as neatly woven masterpieces on her blog, THE MOVE WITH SPORTZKELZ which she founded and has been running for a while now. Tonya is a bold cancer survivor who advocates for early awareness. She comes this evening with the rest of her story on The Progress Webinar - a story you won’t afford to miss.
Ernest Kanjo (Moderator)
Ernest Kanjo is a Journalist and Mass Communicator by training and practice. He holds a BSc. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea in Cameroon with over 20 years experience in radio broadcasting, print journalism and corporate communication.
He runs Apex 1 Radio, an online radio station (broadcasting 24/7) which he founded in 2015, as a way of keeping his journalism skills and passion alive. Prior to this, he had ridden along almost all the echelons on the editorial ladder - field reporter, copy editor, desk editor, Editor-in-Chief and media executive.
In a similar direction, Kanjo has engaged a journey in IT that is ongoing. So far, he is certified in Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO).
Kanjo is a lover of news, travelling and networking. Covering and reporting news stories over the years has been a great opportunity for him to interact with people of all walks of life. In the process, he has learned a great deal about people, places, cultures, and ideologies.
