A charged capacitor this size can hurt you bad if you touch the connections while charged. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL and discharge the capacitor by safely touching the prongs of the capacitor to a metal object.

по поводу конденсатора все реально я сам много провожу опытов и эксперементов. есть еще немаловажный момент по трансформаторам. например транс с микроволновки на холостом ходу уже потребляет от сети ток. так как у него сопротивление первичной обмотки 9ом. если перемотать первичку на 12 - 15 ом то при включении нагрузки даже в 1.5 квт потребление от сети составит 100-200 ватт.
