To me, the broken bowling ball near ruined Bonnie is a huge clue that’s often overlooked. If Bonnie was last seen in Monty’s golf, why was he decommissioned in Bonnie Bowl WITH a bowling ball? The last seen message is wrong, which implies an employee with high clearance faked it. Behind Bonnie’s stage is a vent that leads directly to Vanny’s room. Plus Bonnie’s chest isnt the only thing damaged; his head is smashed in. He’s missing a bowling ball sized chunk and his head is angled like it was struck. Combined with the fact that the scratch on his chest didn’t even nick his endoskeleton and it’s clear Monty didn’t do this. Monty admired Bonnie and the two were on good terms (as seen by Bonnie giving Monty his guitar). At most, I think Bonnie did go to Monty golf and got scratched by Monty, but was completely fine and walked back to Bonnie bowl. Vanny is the one with the motive to kill Bonnie AND the means to fake the last seen message. I think Bonnie was either in the way or saw Vanny using the vent in his room.
Good point! Whenever I see in Monty golf a teenage looking monty admiring bonnie with Freddy,chica and Roxy and bonnie even handing Monty his own guitar it changes everything! They used him for the golf attraction. And since fazbear entertainment bought Monty, they fitted Monty with the same endo the glamrocks had. I think that the endos from the parts and services warehouse in security breach have AI systems, which could explain why the glamrocks act like people and have personalities. Monty then becomes jealous of not being part of the main 4 and just being a secondary attraction. He then is approached by Roxy who helps Monty get what he wants. So, Bonnie gets lured into the golf course by Roxy (who knows how to deal with other animatronics since she probably killed foxy) and is dismantled by Monty and Roxy. When the workers open up, they find Bonnie’s corpse, and children ask questions about where Bonnie is. So, they make Monty the new bass player, and cover it up by saying Bonnie gave his bass guitar to Monty. And in ruin, we can see at some point that Freddy left a heartfelt message to Bonnie after his demise, which probably gave his system some sort of empathy, which could explain why he doesn’t attack Gregory.

It is shown that Bonnie passes on his bass gator to Monty, which shows that Monty is meant to be the bassist no matter what. The reason why I'm saying that is because he got his long hair cut off after he received Bonnie's bass. That means that there is no way that Monty could've decommissioned Bonnie because he would have long hair when he was decommissioning Bonnie, yet he has short hair. Plus, animatronics can't get haircuts so it wouldn't make sense with the story they are portraying. Bonnie is found in Bonnie Bowl dismantled, but it looks like it was done by something else other than Monty. Monty has a signature move that has his ripping apart or destroying objects with his claws, yet there is no claw marks on Monty. The fact that Bonnie isn't in Monty's Gator Golf, but is in Bonnie Bowl also seems a bit odd if it was Monty that dismantled him

he is at a nearby secret place where the bowling alley is. To get there you have deactivate all the wet floor bots. Then a door type thingy will open in Bonnie's bowling alley. there you can find bonnie decommissioned. And Bonnie's eyes will be glowing white. Then there is 4 more wet floor bot surrounding Bonnie.
