CAPSICUM (MEDIUM) - 1, CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLI - 2 Nos.
GARLIC - 5 TO 7 CLOVES
GINGER - 1 INCH
DESICCATED COCONUT - 2 TABLESPOON
DESI GHEE - 1 TABLESPOON
CARDAMOM - 2 Nos.
CLOVE - 3 Nos.
CINNAMON - 1 INCH
BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10 Nos.
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
SALT - ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
DAHI / CURD - ¼ CUP
