My KD was insanely inflated bc I had my first 4 or 5 games where I got death and almost 10 kills every game so I get why they thought I was cheating.

This is super common thing I see with a lot of my clients in my coaching. Playing custom games can help with this, also checking your compass and the room name helps with learning calls a little bit faster too.
I swear everytime I get into an important game I play against people cracked like you that just shit on my whole team I literally hit 3499 1 mmr off p2 then proceeded to lose 4 in a row
