As good as he was he held the ball far too much... In today's football a coach would be telling him to release the ball quicker
You can see he's in alot of 1 on 1 situations where players aren't making space for themselves or he's getting double Teamed. Coaches of today wouldn't know how to use him properly, or they'd give him the free role.
