Looks really good. I'm not sure about the musical element but I'll still go to see it.

After watching this trailer several times , you will notice Harley IS NOT a patient at any time she isn’t locked up , where as Arthur is , I think she’s a musical therapist or volunteer in Arkham and will manipulate Arthur and be the aggressor and abuse Arthur , making him feel like she loves him and a big twist in the final act that Harley has played Joker the whole film.. notice Harley pointing the gun at Joker towards the end
Yeah, it’s quite the spin on what we’ve had before if it turns out the Arthur is actually the victim of her manipulations. That last shot of the trailer seems like it’s actually her encouraging him to be ‘the Joker’.
To me Heath ledger was the best
