As others have said, thank you for creating this video about the Paul Rubens Opaque Watercolors. I just got them and while I love them, I wasn't sure how to use them. This is very helpful!

Thank you for posting this video. I've had these paints for several weeks now and nobody has reviewed them. Because I work with watercolor, and only occasional doable with himi gouache I really had nothing to compare. And although I'm not at all proficient with gouache I actually liked the paint so much I purchased a second set. (It was on sale) even though I have no idea how to use them, I loved the way they feel and I knew eventually the price would likely go up.

Did you use reference photo's? If so then it would be very handy if you added links for them . The should all be copyright free off course. So premission from the person who made the photo. So we the audience who want to paint along with you know what your are looking at. So the shadows and lights make sense with a light source. Especially for total beginners who need to learn everything. Thanks. Love your video's. Liked most of them, so the will be saved to paint along with in the future

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Not all my paintings have a specific reference. The first 2 paintings for example are created from a combination of multiple references. And for the third one, as I mentioned in the video, I was following a tutorial from @urbankate_in_ca which you can find the link their post in the video description. If I use a single reference photo, I'll try to add that to the video in the future :)
