Why is the course free? Do you teach packaging documents? Do you teach how to get signings from loan officers or escrow officers?

Hi there, we do offer a free training on CZcams, because not everything needs to be paid. We don't directly teach packaging but do discuss where and how to get the information, and yes we teach getting signings from Loan Officers and Escrow Officers.

If I become a notary signing agent, can I still do normal notary work as well or is it either or?😊

It is 100% up to you (and no one else) with what you notarize. You can do both, neither, either or, your call! In rare cases sometimes only attorneys work on certain documents, but yes for the most part you can do GNW or loan signings if you're qualified and know what you're doing. Remember that with notary work, you're capped with fees, and with loan signings you're not. Thanks for your comment today. Register for our free Notary Signing Agent training today, so you can learn how it all works and how to start and grow your business. Reserve your seat now, and if the training times don't work for you simply save this link so you can watch at any time later. Enjoy! bit.ly/NSABlueprint4 - Team Blueprint Staff
