Kevin, you are always designing things that make life better!
Yes, thanks. Always looking to improve the riding experience. 👍
@@DKCustomProducts,
In that case, I have a couple suggestions for you.
1. Sometimes, I like to switch it up, after riding for a while, because of having my feet and legs in one position for so long. I put my feet on the rear pegs. The only issue with that is, when I have to abruptly slow down, I have to quickly switch back to my controls. I'd love to see rear sets for Sportsters (at least, and maybe other models) that have rods that attach to your existing control rods, so you can both. The rear sets should be facing downward, as your feet would be. If you have passengers, it won't matter, because they won't be in the way.
2. I'd like to see Harley rear brake levers that are (from the upper half) exactly the same as the (upper half of the) shifter levers. With that, you can keep the classic Harley look, but change out the meat tenderizer for a peg to match the shifter peg, for a more even and custom look. I guess that you could make a mold of both, cut them in half (or wherever the exact right point is for them to be as equal as possible), then replace the brake lever top half with the shifter lever top half.
I’m putting the heritage classic floor boards on my lowrider st… I just saw them on someone else’s. Unbelievable I’m really happy about that
Nice! 👍😎👍
Pretty cool foot boards
Thanks for the comment. Yeah, I cannot tell you how much I like these on my Sporty. Better clearance than pegs in the twisties, and much more comfortable.
I put a moustache bar on my Sporty and that helped with the wind pushing my feet off the pegs but my legs get so cramped after 20 minutes. I think I'm going to add your foot boards so I can move my feet around. I love your guys videos! Thank you!
Very cool, I believe you will be well pleased with them.
It was shocking to me how much they changed the ride stability and comfort for me on my Sporty.
Ok. found my own answer. Tank You.
Nice job Brother.
Thank you! Cheers!
That's nice
👍😎👍
Just put in a order for the dyna!🙌
Enjoy! Gonna be a lot more comfortable and stable.
We appreciate your business. 👍
My 03 Dyna Wide Glide came with factory forward controls and they're way to far forward for my liking and am going to try these to see if it helps before I go through the trouble of switching to mids controls which on my bike and year requires changing out the entire inner primary housing. Thanks for this video. It's convinced me what I need to do.
I hope they solve your problem! Thank you for commenting and for your business! MB

How about the older FXE? Will they work on those?
These Fit all Harley's that uses a standard male clevis footpeg with forward or mid controls.
Any possibility of an FXR version in the future? Or will these work?
You can see all the details at this link- www.dkcustomproducts.com/chrome-floorboards-mid-or-forward-mount-sportster-dyna-softail.htm
They fit any standard HD footpeg clevis. Depending on your brake pedal and shifter, you may need to adjust them.
@DKCustomProducts, I wonder how those would work with the forward control pegs and brake pedal on my 2006 Dyna? My brake pedal is the factory pedal, the pad is wearing out and am wondering if there is a bolt on to the factory brake pedal that is wider than the stock pedal pad?
These Floorboards fit well with many Dyna's with Forward Controls. You can see photos of a bunch of them at this link- www.dkcustomproducts.com/chrome-floorboards-mid-or-forward-mount-sportster-dyna-softail.htm

They look good, do you have them for passenger pegs as well?
Thank you.
We do not have smaller ones that are the traditional size for passengers.
Thank you for checking.
I like the way you think! Easy is always best! Now.... i’m no engineer.... will they fit on a yamaha xv1600A Wildstar, year 2001?!?
I've got no idea if they will fit that bike. If that bike has a clevis (footpeg mount) that will take a standard Harley footpeg, then they will fit.
Kuryakyn(spelling?)
Would work on Night rod special?
Unfortunately I do not know. I believe they take the same pegs as the Sportys and Dynas, if they do then they will fit into the clevis. But whether the angle would work out, we just don't know.
My 2013 Street Bob has forward controls and already has mini floorboards on it. I want some larger. Are these bigger than mini’s ? What are the dimensions? If larger will they fit right in place of the mini’s. And the mini’s fit where the foot peg was but have a bolt through the mount, no Clovis pin. Does that make any difference?
As long as your Street Bob has a standard male clevis these floorboards will fit.
They are 12 inches long and 5 inches wide!

Silly question here... looks like it sits flush (or at the same height) with the shifter. How do you get your boot between the floorboard and shifter to shift up? Doesn't look like there's enough foot room to slide in and get under the shifter.
That bike has a Rock-it-Shift on it. See details and photos here- www.dkcustomproducts.com/sano-rock-it-shift-sportster-easier-faster-smoother-shifting-dk-xl-rk-it-blk.htm
On most bikes, with a toe shifter for up and down, they work just fine, with adjustment for however high you want the shift peg. See details and photos here- www.dkcustomproducts.com/chrome-floorboards-mid-or-forward-mount-sportster-dyna-softail.htm
Hi i have a 1980 honda cx500c and i would be looking for floor board for my bike
If your Honda has the same size clevis as Harley, these will fit.
Is it angle adjustable.....on my forward controls Dyna I wouldn't want parallel to the ground
They are not angle adjustable. On the forward mount on a Dyna they are Not parallel to the ground.
can i use a floorboard in a Breakout
Yes, you can see them at this link, they fit the Twin Cam and M8 Breakouts.

Hey man what’s the brand and size of that handlebar looks nice! I hv 07 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic.
If you are asking about the Sportster in the beginning of the video (the one with checkered flag on the tank), those are Harley Mini-Apes. They are around 12".
Thanks for watching our vids!
at 55 seconds in the video, it looks like there is hardly any room to put your foot between the footboard and the gear pedal. Yet at minute 1:40, it looks like there may be enough. Did you have to make some height adjustments?
That is showing the floorboard with the Rock-it-Shift. It works perfectly for me. Very smooth and natural shifting, with the stability of the floorboard added in.
I did use a second shift peg adjuster link. It comes with one, and I used the option for a second one. You can see at this link-

can these boards work on a 2008 honda shadow 750?
If a regular Harley Footpeg will fit, then these will fit. Look at your clevis and then go look at a clevis on a Harley Sportster or Dyna and see if they are the same. Thanks for looking at our parts! 👍

I have a 2021 iron 1200. Will they work with stock mid-range controls?
Yes, the floorboards will work with mid controls on your Sporty. There are a couple of fitment notes at this link-
www.dkcustomproducts.com/chrome-floorboards-mid-or-forward-mount-sportster-dyna-softail.htm
I've copied the ones that may apply to your bike below-
Fits all Harley's that uses a standard male clevis footpeg.
If you have the evil little offset clevis that HD has been using on some models recently, you will need to either grind down the offending leg, or convert to the standard clevis. You can see details on that HERE
On some bikes the brake pedal may need to be moved up a bit, which may require a longer brake rod and/or a different brake pedal arm.
Will these fit 2000 sportsters

@@DKCustomProducts SHITTTTT
Will these work on a metric cruiser?
They will fit in a clevis that is standard on a Harley from the 90's, 00's, and teens.
Whether your particular metric cruiser has that size clevis, I do not know....and if it does, I also don't know if it would conflict with brake pedal or gear shift.
@@DKCustomProducts thanks, I will do some investigation.
@@JaimeBobby1776 Yes, you may find they will fit well!
It would be nice if someone would make a wider than stock floorboards, especially for the triglides.
There must be someone out there doing it. I have to ask...why?
@@DKCustomProducts my 08 SE Ultra floorboard are not as wide as my feet, doesn't cause any problems it would just make me feel better. On a triglide it wouldn't make any difference how wide they are.....as long as they don't stick out past the wheels
Kuryakyn made, only for Kawasaki 900 classic, floorboard mounted highway peg mounts, instead of pegs I put mini floorboards, my heel on the floorboard the balls of my feet resting on mini floorboards......all angles adjustable.....really nice floorboard setup......it did take away lean angle because mounts bolted to bottom of floorboard. I never scraped them, the bike, like my 08 SE Ultra, was for my 2up comfort cruising
@@rugershooter5268 Those must be some big feet. I wear 12-13 and the floorboards are a bit wider than my boots.
The thing we have so that the feet are not cramped in close the engine can be seen at the following video...it makes them feel like they are wider. czcams.com/video/u1xy6ebIsmA/video.html

Sorry to say, but the beard is silly
ROFLMAO...everyone has an opinion. 😂
Hope you like the floorboards, but if not, different strokes for different folks. 👍
@@DKCustomProducts,
Nah. The beard's cool. I just discovered these footboards, from searching to see if they'd fit on a 2003 Sportster Custom, after seeing a video of some on a Dyna. They are pretty expensive. I wish they were cheaper. I'll have to wait a while, before I get them. Can the rubbers be replaced with classic Harley ones? I don't know if they're the same size.
@@RayfordRaySiegel Thanks. Yeah, the floorboards have been a great addition. Not sure if the HD Heritage style would fit or not. The more squared off touring style will Not fit.
@@DKCustomProducts,
Yeah. I know that the square peg won't fit in the round hole. Ha ha. I was just hoping that these are the same size as the vintage styled ones, because I wanted it to be Harley related. It would be nice, if y'all would at least put a design in these, instead of the smaller circle in a circle, or just take both circles out. Also, I saw, in the guy's video, that the rubbers were raised up. It doesn't look like these are. I don't know of anyone else who makes these. Are the ones that y'all make actually flush?
@@RayfordRaySiegel Yes, they are flush, they do not have the little isolating rubber pieces between the rubber and the metal. We were concerned about that being an issue, but we have not experienced any buzziness or vibration in our feet. We have also had only really good comments from Customers that have used them. No complaints have been voiced.
I think those rubber isolators are a leftover from days gone by when HD's used to have much more vibration.
$379 USD plus frieght Waaaaaay overpriced
Yeah, it is crazy how much raw materials & COL have gone up in the last few years. 😱
@@DKCustomProducts I'll make my own
@@robertjeffery4664 That is always an option. Thanks for watching our videos!
