20:15 Here is something to keep in mind about the IS-3. When the tank is fully maxed out it has 20mm turret roof armour BUT when it has the stock turret like you could see here it goes up to 50mm so dont try to overmatch it. Thats also the reason why you should have HP bars set to HP/Max HP and not just HP so you know if a tank is stock or not. Hope this helps people who are confused a bit.
yes, that IS-3 had stock turret with HP in bonus slot. I am glad I am not only one who noticed that :)

And for people who might think it's a good idea to use the stock turret to remove that weak spot- Upgraded turrets give you better reload rate, gun handling and max hp. It's always better to get the best possible turret for your tanks.

440 Alpha, 258 standard penetration, fast reload (about 3.000 DPM with somewhat decent equipment), more than decent turret armor, can be both a TD and a Heavy Tank, depending on the requirements. Enough said.
For us f2p this tank is gold.
I changed it as my main moneymaker with peregrine last year, but it remains a solid tank and a great value
Peregrine with some experimental equipment is actually quite, quite competitive. Reverse autoloader gives you freedom to discharge all 3 shots, and comfortably keep on shooting one by one after
Peregrine at 11000 gold is getting close to twice the gold cost when you could buy the T-103 for 6400 gold as a tech tree premium.

Cheap ammo considering penetration and alpha damage. The Sherman Revalorisé have too very cheap ammo for a shell with great alpha and stunning shell velocity.
@javiera.t.4891 and it is as big as a barn..try patriot 400 credits per shot apcr 243 pen shells with 1028 m/s speed it's the ultimate farming machine,you can outreload many ppl even ones with 2 repair kits...it is my strategy in high tiers it has a reload time of obj 140 despite lower alpha traaaaaack they hate it more than being hit trust me 😅
One of the best credit makers for free for bonds. Good pen, good dpm, good alpha, decent gun handling and can play hull down.
I got the T-103 a few time ago and I really like it. It has a lot of shortcomings, among them the camo rating of a barn on fire, but I like the gun and it's also very good at making credits.

I feel like the popularity of this tank might be that its about as close to a typical heavy tank as you can get with the tier 8 TDs. I bet a lot of players find it lot more comfortable to be in a TD that has some decent turret armor combined with a fully rotating turret.

for me, the gun works like a GOD in 80% of the time, better than udes 03... but in the other 20% i think my gunner got some poor quality vodka and miss a stopped tank... still make great money with him for not using premium consumables
It is a very good tank if you use it right. And I agree that it can make credits like crazy. One of the first tanks I got from the bond store.

I love this tank!! It's a credit making beast! Even in T10 matches the AP pen is plenty. Once you load the HEAT few tanks can block it.
Big highlight of this tank is its Premium AP you can overmatch plates and the shell got good normalisation values so standard shell more then enough for tier 8s
Honestly bought this tank like a year and a half ago when everyone was talking shit about Trash-103 and so I bought it.
It's a good pick it has everything that you need to have good games but just that it's kinda standard tds in combat sense but a hibrid between paper tds and armored tds
Nearly 2am. You play so late. I’d be a zombie at that time of day.
One of my favorite tanks, gun is nice and punchy, tall so it can hit from more odd spots (same goes with being hit ) but more importantly a ABSOLUTE Credit maker. Even on bad games 40k credit. Good games with minimum gold ammo can still net easy 80-100k.
Do u use premium account? Or am i just bad 😔. I get around 25k per battle.
@@sohaibuddin2707 Premium account. just ran one with about 2.5k dmg (win). i got 62k with a 1 repair kit and no premium ammo. would have got 33k without premium.
This is my favorite premium tank in the game, atm. Plays like a support-heavy. It's tall enough to shoot over a lot of other tanks, so just hide behind an ally with armor, and you're golden. The turret armor is good enough to bounce a lot of stuff, especially in T8 and below.
Using allies as your hull down protection is a pretty toxic move. Plus, if they die eating shots aimed at you, they can't help you.
@@Catflavor no one is telling them to sit in the open as my permanent cover. When they peek, I peek behind them as a support gun.
that fight with is-3 would be done in 3-4 shells of skill loaded gold tough
this tank is op i've been farming with it for years now even though ppl didnt play it that much, the dpm of this tank always fascinated me, it has tx dps actuall its crazy, if you stand infront of t-103 with any other t8 tank ur not gonna live thats for sure.

I bounced twice with BZ-176 fully aimed at a T-103 with 80hp with a green pen marker. Almost cost us the match
I got this tank, but my biggest problem is being put at bottom tier in most battles! Everyone is shooting gold and I have to shoot gold to pen anyone back!
Best equipment are gun rammer, rotation device, and tuuurbo with it can spank shit out of my enemies but this tank will get bored overtime so some tier 7 premium recommended
Similar playstyle to American T30. Versatile TD/heavy.
I bought it when was first time and I like it very much. My most used credits maker. And funny, with my setup I have 3k dpm and better view range than Bourasque

I'd say try playing it as if it's a tier 7 heavy in a higher tier match in terms of armour rather than a td and it seems to work ok think along the lines of a T29 maybe but with a better gun , as a td it's too big and too easily spotted and the gun isn't accurate enough although it does have reasonable dpm and good pen.
As a bond tank it's a good alternative to paying for a premium tank with real money.
How is this not accurate it has one of the best accuracy at t8
Betwen Scorpion G and T-103.. there is almost or any diference in the gun.. and t-103 have armor, when i aquired scorpion g not much time ago, i started to believe that T-103 is not bad tank not bad at all
Best budget credit maker. I don't pay real money for pixel games, but have this one and when I get prem acc for a day or two, I just activate credit booster and win or lose I get from 40k to 130k credits per battle. 😉👍
i have only this tank for farm silver so i play it alot , and when i got 8 lvl i go with heavy tanks o line )

i dont know you but, just as skill4 i have good battles with this tank, good damage but i always loose, maybe the equipment i have doesnt adjust to my playstyle and another thing: this thing is giant with no cammo or armor, anyone can pen, so, i will try to add some cammo skills and equipment, lets see how it goes
I think people see this tank as budget skorpion and that's why they all buy and play it

It's kind of sad how this "Trash-103," while not being super great, is still, so vastly superior to my only good tier 8 premium, the T34. It has higher standard and premium penetration, bigger alpha, same-ish mobility and just over 1,000 more dpm when fully kitted out, and only at the cost of a couple hundred hit points. I may have to consider grabbing this one from the bond store as I have absolutely no interest in the others there.
I took your Udes 14 recommendation, it's a nice tank. Finally got the big gun, but dang. I'm tired of it putting me in tier 9/10 battles me being the 2nd from bottom. 😂 8 games in a row yesterday.
Try play from bushes like strv! I had funn time grinding to udes 😉15t16
@Davor Babić I need more camo, lol. I feel like I am spotted so much. I'm just hit without the spotted sign sitting in a bush. One game with in first 10 seconds me and wmone other guy got lit up leaving our cap. Not one shot off. The guy on other team had 8k damage that game.
@Davor Babić also I hated the strv 74 at first, till I fully upgraded everything and learned it's strengths. If you can get on a hill in the bush. Oh my gosh can you do damage lol. Also gold around are cheap if you wanted to. I did a 4k damage game not including team damage. I had 1 HE shell left that game lol 😆

i love mine I put the ugliest cammo (the stay at home with socks on it) on this ugliest tank but I do well with it .
T 103 is much better than looks.
I got it as a td player and i can say is the best from the bond shop.
For a regular td player who have experiente in td-s will be easy but for some players will be hard to handle.
It dies super fast in games due to its big silhouette

@skill4ltu you know free to play players have no way to make money other then bond tanks and t103 is one of the best choices... tureeted td, hybrid between td and heavy, 440alpha at 9 second and over all good pen and cheap ammo, I do love this tank is a great money maker because of turret + gun, sure it's tall and low armored in the hull still it is powerful nough if you like td heavy hybrids like T30 or T28 Prot or T11E4, T103 is something similar to those and for me it's a decent choice

@@zyro2047 Shrek's pretty hard to play, to be fair. But there are plenty of other TDs that are great at T8: premiums like WZ-120-G or tech tree like Charioteer or Rhm Borsig
Wasn't really my cup of tea. The SU130 fared better in my hands. Still, one of the better bond tanks out there

War Thunder is better, more fair, more realistic, more fun in my opinion and it is not pay to win like wot. Hope someone opens eyes and start thinking the same.
